This was a new build on a piece of land purchased by the family specifically to build their new home. GSI project managed the whole build as main contractor and under our auspices, Neatwood Homes Ltd designed, supplied and erected the timber frame onto groundwork and footings prepared by GSI. Once the frame had been erected (it went up in a matter of weeks) GSI then became re-involved on a larger scale to complete the construction element, building the brick exterior, the roof and the interior fitting.

The build was undertaken in May 2010 and carried on throughout the summer of that year with final completion in the winter.
